So YES today is the 2nd day. Woke up as early as 7.30am to go for breakfast at the canteen.
Taking a short rest at our hostel, a group of us thus headed out again to source for pre paid card. We took so long, and many were getting irritated as having it cause so many trouble sourcing and so on. However the good news is that we managed to get it and are able to call back home. The cost is still not that cheap as expected thus we told many of our family members to get a card too. For them to call us it would be cheaper as we have free incoming calls.
While those who stayed in the hostel get to have internet as the guy came by and fixed. However many of us are still unable to access to the internet sadly. Hopefully we are able to access by tomorrow before we head to a cruise over the weekend.
Settled our dinner in the hostel as we asked the guys who was heading out to help us get food. Thus the three of us ( yining, weiling and I ) sat infront of my laptop watching the movie jumper while eating our fried rice. It was delicious seriously. Soon we realized that the internet stops at 9pm. AS those who had the cable are only able to use till then.

Anyway a birthday surprise is up for planning. :D
However we were too late as most of the food was sold out. Thus we went out sourcing for food nearby. Ate some meat bun, guo tie and had soya bean drink. It was rather cheap and the main point is that they were delicious. Saw how roadside stalls operate and so on. It was an interesting view as you won’t be able to see such a thing in Singapore.
After which we went for our orientation and had a mini tour along the school of our future hangouts. For example where would our lectures and tutorials be held at and where are all the canteen.
Headed to the supermarket and got our necessities. It was free and easy. It was our first time in the supermarket alone shopping for necessities, thus we spent close to an hour. From buying of water to food to toilet necessities and of course baygon and many others. The way they operate their supermarket is very different and also the brand of the products. Any way we settled our lunch back at macdonalds again. Seriously I feel that macdonads here are so much nicer than those back in Singapore. Dreaming of the crispy chicken. It was so yummy . haha.

Dont look down on the two cups of fried rice above. It's enough to feed 3 people! :D
